Einflussfaktoren auf den Verschleiß von Standard-Grubberscharen unter Praxisbedingungen

Abstract

Abrasiver Verschleiß ist der Hauptprozess beim Verschleiß von landwirtschaftlichen Bodenbearbeitungsgeräten. Ziel der Studie war es, festzustellen, ob eine thermische Beschichtung die Verschleißfestigkeit erhöht. In Vorversuchen wurden verschiedene Beschichtungen mit einem ASTM G65-Abriebtest unter konstanter Belastung getestet. Die Schare wurden mit einem thermischen Spritzverfahren auf Eisenbasis beschichtet. Die Elemente wurden auf dem Grubber montiert und in Feldversuchen mit unbeschichteten Elementen verglichen. Der Masseverlust in g/ha und die Längenänderung in mm/ha wurden zur Bestimmung des abrasiven Verschleißes genutzt. Es wurde kein signifikanter Einfluss der verschiedenen Beschichtungen auf den Verschleiß festgestellt. In einigen Fällen waren die thermisch beschichteten Schare stärker verschlissen. Dies könnte auf ein vorzeitiges Versagen der Beschichtung hindeuten. Eine mögliche Ursache könnte eine schlechte Haftung zwischen der Legierung und dem Werkzeugmaterial sein. Daher ist eine korrekte Beschichtung von Bodenbearbeitungsgeräten wichtig, um deren Verschleißfestigkeit zu verbessern.
